Our search works by trying to match every chosen tag with each video tag.
To give you more freedom while searching, you can choose the role of each selected tag. Underneath the search button are 4 different selectors, activate them with a click.
By default, tags will be selected using the “Should Have” selector (white tags). This means, if at least 50% of the chosen tags match the ones of the video, it will be displayed.
Using Must Have selector:
If you would like all searched videos to include one or more specific tags, use the “Must Have” Selector (green tags). This means, at least 50% of the chosen tags must match, and all videos must include every tag selected with “Must Have” else they will not be displayed.
Though the video matches our searched tags with 66.6%, it will not be displayed because the tag “18 years” was selected using the “Must Have” selector and is missing in our video.
Excluding tags:
To exclude one or more tags in your search, use the “Exclude” selector (red tags). The search result will still display videos that match at least 50% of the chosen tags but, all videos cannot contain the excluded tags even if they match 90% of the selected tags.
This time the video matches because we excluded the tag 18 years. All videos displayed cannot have any of the excluded tags.
The OR selector
The last selector you can choose from is the OR selector (gray tags). This one is used if you would like to keep your search a little more open. The OR selector can allow you to select more tags without making it much harder to find some matches. Best case use is to select multiple tags within one category, for example you can choose multiple ages without all of them having to match the video or getting less results because videos should include multiple ages which is usually just the case for compilations.
Notice how the video is matching 100% of the selected tags. This is because we used the or selector for the different ages. If we would have used the “Should Have” selector (white tags). The video would only match 66.6% of our selected tags. This allows you to select more tags without getting less results.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to the Rules of this ICAC, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause. Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions to Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

There may be

information. We reserve the right to
correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the
